We don't obsess over new trends and hair,
and we don't give a shit about what we wear.
but when your outfit's ready and your makeup's done,
you come to realize that punks have more fun.

The music is ours;
they sing about clothes, cash, and cars.
GC is always on our minds,
with other bands that are their kind.

Our clothes are really out there
but do you think i care?
MADE and Level 27 are our brands,
no wonder its written on our hands.

Be sure to look at our great hair,
its got some sorta punk ass flair.
colors are always the key,
and thats why neon green looks good on me!

The movies that we watch are cool,
but they wouldn't be allowed at school.
movie stars like Sally and Jack,
all agree that black is back.

We get made fun of because we're cool;
the #1 students at our school.
so listen punks of every nation:
this is the motivation station.

It amazes me for all the
joy it brings.

When I hear Joel's voice
and Benji playing his guitar
it's more than their good looks
that carried them this far.

When I hear Dusty on the drums
how talented he is!

Billy and Paul play
so much energy you all give.

and inspiring.

Their songs are inspiration
For every single nation
Their songs are always playin
On my favorite radio stations

They sing whats true to them
And love and respect their friends
If there was a best band contest
GC would certainly win

They say just be yourself
Don't listen to anyone else
Be happy with who you are
And you will go far

They weren't always popular,
Often considered freaks.
Many said they were losers,
And that their music's weak.

They sang the way they felt,
Never told a lie.
And while some of their songs are serious,
Others will make you cry.

With Joel and Benji vocal,
And Billy on guitar.
Paul's great at bass,
And so they went far.

They introduced a new style,
Were brave enough to try.
At first they just did openings,
Then raised their standards high.

Now they're on tour,
With us behind them all the way.
'Cuz they're out there to make fans feel good,
They always make their day.

While in concert they rock the stage,
Bringing out the punk in everyone.
A lot of non-fans come along,
To join in and have some fun.

Their last c.d. went platinum,
Surprising the young band a lot.
They weren't expecting to sell so much,
And were grateful to everyone who bought.

So now we wish them luck,
As they continue on their way.

Riot girls know how to represent the boys from D.C.
they're hot, they're sexy
Benji especially
till the day we'll die
we'll show our GC pride

I dunno the day they changed my life
but it was then I got my sight
I saw that I was caught up in trying to be one of them
but I brought that to an end
I was sick of being fake
being something I wasn't made my heart ache
the ANTHEM reached out to me
it helped me realized what I needed to me
being a prep stunk

Trying to live a normal life

I like GC because they're real
